Annette Funicello (born Annette Funicello) was an American actress, singer. The most well-known part of her career was "one of the original Mouseketeers" in The Mickey Mouse Club. The singer's career began as an adolescent. The girl was born and raised in Utica in the United States, with Italian parents who were immigrants from Italy, Annette was a shy teenager. In her quest to achieve an enviable career in the field of entertainment she began performing as well as dancing. Mid-1950s she gained significant recognition through her performances as a character in "Disney" comedy sketches. Annette shed her Disney identity in her adult years and began acting in adult roles. She is best remembered as one of the early actors who introduced the category of "beach events". She was a part of the cast in films such as How to Stuff a Wild Bikini, Pajama Party, and 'Beach Parties.It was Her music albums were released periodically. Annette died in 2013 after having been diagnosed in 1992 with MS.
