Bella Poarch's natural Filipino parents had Bella in the Philippines on the 9th of February, 1997. Her mother was brought up in the slums of Manila by her parents before she reached the age of 3. She was then adopted. Her adoptive parent is an American white who has military experience and her mother is Filipino. The woman claims she and her brother adopted as an infant, suffered abuse until they enlisted. After a short time in San Francisco, her family moved to Texas to aid her father undergo bypass surgery. The physical abuse ceased in the end, however the father continued to emotionally abuse her in the home. After turning 18 she joined her first service in the United States Navy. Poarch launched her TikTok account around April of 2020 and swiftly rose to stardom with more than 40 million followers in less than eight months. Poarch posted a range of videos however the one that became her most popular was for Millie's viral hit Soph Aspin Send. The video that was zoomed in of her rhythmically jumping and lip-syncing to the song made the rounds and was one of TikTok's most popular video clips of all time. In the months after joining TikTok she started an account on YouTube and Twitter account to take advantage of the fame. Her fame grew rapidly around the month of December 2020. Poarch was reportedly the subject of interest of two professionals Esports teams. FaZe Clan & 100 Thieves both showed interest in hiring the creator of the content as part of their brand.
